Giovanna is a Licensed Holistic Allergist with The Institute of Natural Health Technologies and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

Her passion for health and wellness was ignited years ago through a personal battle with her health. In her own words: As I became more aware of alternatives in the health field and witnessed the changes in my life I began to think, "Why don’t more people know about this?" Having researched and learned so much on her own she decided that she would make it her life's mission to share and educate others on natural health. Nu~Health and Wellness was created with a single goal in mind; to educate, inspire and empower the individual to take their health into their own hands, in order to live a balanced healthy life!

Giovanna's studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition have added to the last 10 years of education on the use of various supplements and alternative modalities to further the wellbeing of others. Giovanna is also a Reiki Practitioner and is currently studying at the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine, where she will graduate as a Homeopathic Doctor in 2010.
